Co-Parenting Support & Coaching
Support for the hard conversations.
Divorce is emotional. Co-parenting is complex. We offer practical, empathetic guidance on navigating communication, planning, boundaries, and rebuilding your rhythm, with your kids at the center and peace as the goal.

"When I found Jennifer, I was in the middle of trying to leave a really chaotic situation. There were serious mental health issues involved, addiction, and a lot of instability. I was trying to protect my kids, figure out how to co-parent safely, and somehow hold it together on my end.
She didn’t flinch. She didn’t make me explain things I didn’t have words for yet. She just met me where I was and helped me take the next step. Then the next.
She helped me create a home that felt calm and consistent.
Jennifer made me feel like I wasn’t broken or failing. If you’re trying to rebuild something steady after chaos, she gets it. "
Paul N., Castle Rock
"When I first connected with Jennifer, I was overwhelmed. Co-parenting felt impossible. Communication with my ex was tense, and I didn’t know how to create a home that actually worked for my kids. I just felt stuck.
Jennifer helped me breathe. She walked me through the messy stuff without judgment. Helped me figure out what to say, how to say it, and how to set up a rhythm that felt stable for everyone, including me.
She never made me feel like I had to have it all figured out.
Working with her gave me a sense of calm I hadn’t felt in a long time. If you’re trying to rebuild, she’s who you want in your corner."
Luis S., Denver
“I was 52, divorced for the second time, and honestly embarrassed to be back at square one. My kids were older, but still needed me to show up. Jennifer met me with zero judgment. Helped me reclaim dignity in the little things: setting up a guest bedroom, meal planning like I wasn’t in survival mode... she even picked out a new pair of shoes for my first post-divorce date! If you're overwhelmed and think you should have it together by now...call her. She’ll meet you where you are.”

About Me
Hi, I’m Jennifer. I’m the creator of Domesticatedly, a mom of four, and someone who grew up without a father.
There were no weekends. No shared custody. Just absence. And that absence shaped more of me than I understood at the time. I didn’t realize how deeply it ran until I became a parent.
When I got divorced, I made one thing clear. I wasn’t going to let my pain get in the way of my kids having a father. Even when it was hard, I protected their relationship with him because I knew what it costs to grow up without one.
Domesticatedly was born from that decision.
We’re here for the dads who want to show up but don’t know where to start. The ones who are handed a custody schedule but not a real-life plan. The ones who care deeply but feel overwhelmed trying to hold it all together.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence. We help you re-establish something solid, your role, your space, your influence.
Because kids don’t just need a father on paper.
They need a masculine presence they can trust.
One that shows up.
One that stays.
